This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which PrivateGER collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the EcchiBot Discord Bot.
TL;DR
I don't care about your data, I won't sell it, everything is deleted after 30 days of being added. The 30 day windows is only for people searching for illegal shit.
You might think it's alluring to peek into people's weird searches, but I promise you, if you're ever in the position to do so you will avoid it like the plague. Yall are weird and I don't want to lose my faith in humanity even more.
Data storage duration
Your data is deleted from our database after 30 days. We have no interest in storing your search data.
Requesting deletion of your personal data
You can simply DM anyone of the developer team and your data will be deleted as soon as possible with no questions asked.
We collect commands executed by users in order to prevent abuse of our service. No messages that are not meant to be interpreted by the bot are stored in any way.
How we use collected information
PrivateGER may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
- To secure our bot
Bad actors which abuse Discord bots which are insecure exist. By logging commands used, these users are quickly banned.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information stored in our Databases.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others and we never will. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding user counts or most searched terms with the community.
Changes to this privacy policy
PrivateGER has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this service, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our bot. Your continued use of the bot following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
